Pelita Pendidikan Journal is a national scientific journal with open access and a peer-reviewed system that contains research articles related to biology education. This journal is managed by the Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Medan State University.
This journal is published four times a year in March, June, September, and December. This journal presents the results of research in the field of Biology Education including learning models, classroom assessment, media learning, scientific process skills, scientific literacy, scientific attitude, teaching strategy, thinking skills, learning difficulties, teacher professional development, and moral knowing.
This journal has an ISSN Print number 2338-3003 and ISSN Online number 2502-3217. Based on the online ISSN SK, the Pelita Pendidikan Journal already has ISSN Online starting from Vol. 4, No. 1, March 2016.
