Dinamika Sosial dalam Pengelolaan Perpustakaan Sekolah: Studi Kasus di SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dinamika sosial (relasi aktor, struktur kuasa, dan norma) dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah serta dampaknya terhadap implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) di SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus intrinsik. Data dikumpulkan melalui triangulasi: observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam (kepala sekolah, kepala perpustakaan, guru, siswa), dan analisis dokumen kebijakan. Partisipan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis data mengacu kerangka social practice theory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dinamika social terutama sentralisasi kuasa, konflik peran, dan norma konservatif menciptakan disjuncture antara kebijakan nasional (Permendikbud No. 23/2015) dan praktik lapangan. Transformasi perpustakaan sekolah memerlukan restrukturisasi relasi kuasa, penguatan kapasitas SDM, dan integrasi multiliterasi berbasis konteks lokal. Dampak program implementasi GLS belum maksimal yang terlihat dari literasi bersifat insidental, dan transformasi digital terhambat technophobia staf.
