PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA KELAS X IIS SMA NEGERI 1 RAYA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2017/2018

Abstract

This aims to determine how the influence of emotional intelligence and achievement motivation to learn the economic achievement of student class X IIS SMA Negeri 1 Raya T.P 2017/2018. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Raya which is located at Sutomo Street No.68 Raya Kec.Raya Kab.Simalungun. This type of research is expost facto. The population in this study is all students of class X IIS SMA Negeri 1 Raya consisting of  three classes with students amounted to 101 people.and that is as many as 81 students with Cluster Random Sampling. Data collection technique are documentation and through questionnaires. That questionnaires is tested before used first. From that analysis obtained that questioner are valid and reliable. And than obtainted data from questionary are analitysis used with multiple linear analysis. From the results of data analysis obtained that the two variables (emotional intelligence and achievement motivation) marked positive and significant effect on the economic students achievement of class X  IIS of SMA Negeri 1 Raya T.P 2017/2018. t_count> t_table where the results of t test on the emotional intelligence variable of 5.889 is greater than t_table 1.665 and the achievement motivation show 7,703 results greater than t_table 1.665; and F test results show the value F_count96.060 greater than F_table 3.11.
