PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN INTERNET DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR EKONOMI SISWA KELAS XII IPS SWASTA PANTI HARAPAN LAWE DESKI T.P. 2017/2018

Abstract


The problem discussed in this study is the low economic learning achievement of class XI IPS students of the Private High School Panti Harapan Lawe Deski T.P 2017/2018. This study aims to find out how the effect of Internet Use and Learning Motivation on Economic Learning Achievement of Class XI IPS Students of Private High School Lawe Deski T.P hopes for 2017/2018. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS of Panti Harapan Senior High School which amounted to 68 students. The samples were 68 students because they used total sampling (using the entire population as a sample) Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and documentation. The validity of the questionnaire was tested with the Product Moment formula while the reliability of the questionnaire was tested using the Alpha formula. From the results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.518 + 615 X_1 + 455X_2. + e. Based on the partial hypothesis test, the results of internet usage have a positive and significant effect on students' economic learning achievement as indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.615 and the t_count> t table or 4.229> 1.997. Learning motivation has a positive and significant influence on students' economic learning achievement as indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.455 and t_count> t_ (table) or 2.988> 1.997. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained the results of internet use and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing to study in higher education as indicated by the value of F_count> F table or 31,367> 3,14. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R ^ 2 is 0.491 which means that internet usage and learning motivation contribute to students' economic learning achievement of 49.1% while the rest is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of internet usage and motivation to learn positively and significantly on the economic learning achievement of class XI IPS students of Private Senior High School Harapan Panti Harapan Lawe Deski T.P 2017/2018.
