PENGARUH LITERASI EKONOMI DAN PRAKTIK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN TERPADU (PPLT) MELALUI EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP KESIAPAN MENJADI GURU PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MEDAN
Abstract
Nowadays the interest of being a teacher is very high, but not accompanied by high teacher readiness as well. Interest is not enough because to be ready to be a teacher must be accompanied by competence in the form of mastery of science and character of a teacher. This study aims to determine: The influence of economic literacy on teacher readiness, then the influence of PPLT on teacher readiness, then the influence of economic literacy on the readiness to become teachers through self efficacy, and the influence of PPLT on the readiness to menajdi teachers through self efficacy.The study population is all students of Regular Economic Education Program 2014 which amounted to 98 students with saturated samples. Methods of data collection are questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 20.The result of this research are: structural equation I, X3 = 25,466 + 0,318X1 + 0,299X2 + 0,892 and structural equation II, Y = 14,466 + 0,223X1 + 0,398X2 + 0,313X3 + 0,707. Based on the results of this study concluded that: There is a positive direct influence between economic literacy on the readiness to be a teacher with a coefficient of 0.237. then there is a direct influence of PPLT on the readiness to become a teacher with the coefficient value of 0.398 lane. Furthermore, there is an indirect effect of economic literacy on teacher preparedness through self-efficacy with coefficient value of 0,099. And there is an indirect influence between PPLT on teacher readiness through self efficacy with coefficient value of 0,093. Each direct influence has a value greater than its indirect effect.
