Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan relawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui experiential learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yakni desain eksplanatori dengan populasi mahasiswa yang tergabung menjadi relawan pada komunitas mengajar Prinsip.id, dalam rentang tahun 2023-2024 sebanyak 153 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan margin kesalahan 10%. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah model uji mediasi dengan memanfaatkan analisis PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap experiential learning. Experiential learning juga terbukti secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi kepuasan relawan. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pengembangan program yang dapat mewadahi experiential learning relawan secara lebih masif.
