Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan relawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui experiential learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode studi eksploratif dan memanfaatkan analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap experiential learning. Experiential learning juga terbukti secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi kepuasan relawan. Selain itu, motivasi secara langsung memengaruhi kepuasan relawan. Temuan utama dalam studi ini menunjukkan adanya peran experiential learning dalam memediasi hubungan motivasi relawan terhadap kepuasan relawan secara tidak langsung dengan kategori efek mediasi moderat. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pengembangan program yang dapat mewadahi experiential learning relawan secara lebih masif.
