Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kesejajaran program pendidikan masyarakat di LKP Karya Prima Komputer dengan asas-asas pendidikan masyarakat (Penmas). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri atas pengelola, tutor, dan peserta didik yang dipilih secara purposive. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan teknik triangulasi untuk menjaga keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program telah memenuhi asas relevansi, kemitraan, dan kesinambungan secara baik. Namun, aspek partisipasi masyarakat dan prinsip demokratis masih perlu penguatan melalui perluasan jejaring dan keterlibatan komunitas. Secara keseluruhan, program telah selaras dengan prinsip Penmas, tetapi optimalisasi partisipasi sosial dan pemberdayaan berbasis komunitas masih menjadi tantangan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya evaluasi berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan mutu program pendidikan nonformal
