Persepsi Guru atas Kehadiran Platform Merdeka Mengajar sebagai Upaya Pengembangan Kompetensi Profesional Guru di SDN Nyapah 2

Guru menjadi sumber utama dalam proses pengembangan kemampuan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Guru yang akan menjadi contoh yang akan memfasilitasi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Karena banyak yang harus dilakukan guru, maka seorang guru harus profesional memiliki banyak pengetahuan. Pemerintah telah merilis platform Merdeka mengajar yang dirancang khusus untuk mendukung dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru atas kehadiran PMM sebagai upaya pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang diperoleh dari sumber wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan 3 guru di SDN Nyapah 2, data yang diperoleh melalui dari kegiatan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis Miles and Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru dan kepala sekolah merespon positif hadirnya PMM karena menyadari fitur-fitur yang tersedia di dalam PMM sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru karena PMM menyediakan berbagai konten dan pelatihan agar guru dapat belajar mengembangkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kompetensinya sebagai guru.References
