Implementasi Kooperatif Tipe STAD dan Permainan Gerobak Dorong dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Push-up dan Sit-up Siswa Kelas IX

Rendahnya partisipasi, motivasi, dan ketuntasan belajar siswa pada latihan kekuatan otot akibat pembelajaran yang monoton menuntut inovasi pembelajaran PJOK. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan push-up dan sit-up melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) yang dipadukan dengan permainan gerobak dorong. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kuantitatif deskriptif model Kemmis dan McTaggart. Subjek penelitian adalah 32 siswa kelas IX.3 SMPN 3 Palembang, dan penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Alur penelitian terdiri atas prasiklus dan dua siklus yang masing-masing meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan dan lembar observasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan nilai akhir, frekuensi, dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal. Ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari 41% (13 siswa) pada prasiklus menjadi 72% (23 siswa) pada siklus I dan 91% (29 siswa) pada siklus II, sedangkan siswa kategori kurang menurun dari 59% menjadi 9% dan 9 siswa (28%) mencapai kategori baik. Pemaduan STAD dan permainan gerobak dorong terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan push-up dan sit-up siswa, meskipun belum ada siswa kategori sangat baik. Guru disarankan menerapkannya dengan penguatan teknik dasar, dan peneliti berikutnya disarankan menggunakan kelompok pembanding serta uji inferensial.
