Model Gamifikasi dalam Pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah: Strategi Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar dan Integrasi Nilai Islam

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas gamifikasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, mengidentifikasi persepsi serta kesiapan guru, serta merumuskan model gamifikasi yang adaptif dan kontekstual sesuai dengan budaya, nilai Islam, dan kebutuhan pendidikan dasar di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Khozinatul Ulum Blora. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai penerapan gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran madrasah. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru, siswa, dan kepala madrasah, dengan sumber data primer berupa hasil observasi dan wawancara, serta data sekunder dari dokumen pembelajaran dan literatur terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan, disertai triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi efektif meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, mendorong keterlibatan aktif, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab. Guru memiliki persepsi positif terhadap gamifikasi, namun implementasinya masih memerlukan dukungan pelatihan, fasilitas, dan kebijakan madrasah. Kesimpulannya, gamifikasi berpotensi menjadi strategi pembelajaran dan pendidikan karakter Islami yang berkelanjutan.
