Efektivitas Sistem Rekrutmen Online dalam Efisiensi Proses Seleksi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem rekrutmen online dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses seleksi karyawan, ditinjau dari aspek waktu, pengelolaan data pelamar, kualitas kandidat, dan pengalaman pelamar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 50 manajer Human Resource Development (HRD) dan 100 pelamar kerja yang terlibat dalam proses rekrutmen online pada beberapa Perusahaan XYZ di Sumatera Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan kriteria perusahaan yang telah menggunakan sistem rekrutmen online minimal satu tahun dan pelamar yang mengikuti seleksi dalam enam bulan terakhir. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi penyebaran kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka, wawancara singkat untuk klarifikasi, serta dokumentasi berupa laporan proses seleksi dan biaya rekrutmen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk data kuantitatif dan analisis konten untuk data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekrutmen online mampu mempercepat waktu proses seleksi, mempermudah dan mengefektifkan pengelolaan data pelamar, meningkatkan kesesuaian dan kualitas kandidat, serta memberikan pengalaman seleksi yang lebih baik bagi pelamar. Kesimpulannya, sistem rekrutmen online terbukti efektif sebagai sarana seleksi karyawan yang efisien, terstruktur, dan profesional.References
