Peningkatan Kompetensi Digital Guru PAUD melalui Pelatihan Media Interaktif Canva dan Wordwall

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut guru PAUD untuk mampu merancang media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan interaktif. Namun, survei awal di TK Plus Al Maghfiroh Purwakarta menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru belum mampu membuat media pembelajaran digital secara mandiri serta belum mengenal platform Canva dan Wordwall. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kesenjangan kompetensi digital yang berdampak pada kurang optimalnya pengalaman belajar anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru melalui pelatihan terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis awal kebutuhan, pelatihan penggunaan media digital, dan implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di TK Plus Al Maghfiroh Purwakarta dengan melibatkan guru sebagai peserta utama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran visual menggunakan Canva serta media interaktif berbasis Wordwall. Guru menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, mampu mempraktikkan pembuatan media digital, dan mulai mengimplementasikannya dalam pembelajaran. Meskipun masih ditemui kendala berupa keterbatasan fasilitas dan pengalaman teknologi, program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi digital guru. Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan media digital efektif meningkatkan kapasitas guru PAUD. Direkomendasikan adanya pendampingan berkelanjutan dan pembaruan pelatihan agar integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dapat berjalan optimal.References
