Analisis Sistematis Integrasi Teknologi dalam Penerapan PBL untuk Penguatan Kompetensi di Pendidikan Vokasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan non-teknis peserta didik di pendidikan vokasi, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan, faktor pendukung, dan kontribusi integrasi teknologi pembelajaran seperti Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, dan simulasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR) berdasarkan protokol PRISMA, dengan menelaah 38 artikel ilmiah dari berbagai negara yang relevan dengan topik PBL di pendidikan vokasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBL secara konsisten meningkatkan keterampilan praktik, berpikir kritis, dan kerja kolaboratif peserta didik. Integrasi teknologi terbukti memperkuat efektivitas PBL dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang kontekstual, interaktif, dan aplikatif. Studi ini juga menemukan tantangan utama seperti hambatan budaya, minimnya pelatihan pendidik, dan infrastruktur yang belum memadai, namun diimbangi oleh faktor pendukung seperti keterlibatan komunitas dan fleksibilitas kurikulum. Kesimpulannya, PBL merupakan pendekatan pedagogis yang efektif dan adaptif untuk pendidikan vokasi di era digital, dan integrasi teknologi menjadi penguat utama keberhasilannya. Hasil ini menjadi kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran vokasi masa depan yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan dunia kerja.References
