Peran Strategis Guru Kelas dalam Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di SD/MI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran guru kelas dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di SD/MI, mengidentifikasi jenis layanan yang diterapkan, serta menganalisis faktor pendukung, penghambat, dan kesenjangan penelitian yang masih ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menelaah 15 artikel ilmiah terakreditasi SINTA yang relevan dengan topik BK di pendidikan dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran basis data jurnal nasional menggunakan kata kunci terkait peran guru kelas, bimbingan dan konseling, dan kesulitan belajar siswa SD/MI. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) secara sistematis untuk mengelompokkan temuan berdasarkan tema dan keterkaitannya dengan teori. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru kelas berperan sentral sebagai pelaksana BK akibat keterbatasan konselor profesional, namun pelaksanaannya belum optimal karena minimnya kompetensi teknis, pelatihan, dan dukungan struktural. Disimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan layanan BK di SD/MI memerlukan pendekatan sistemik yang melibatkan peningkatan kompetensi guru, dukungan kebijakan sekolah, dan kolaborasi lintas pihak.References
