Dampak Penerapan Sistem Kredit Point (Point Pelanggaran) Terhadap Kedisiplinan Siswa SMP N 3 Luhak Nan Duo Kabupaten Pasaman Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan Sistem Kredit Point terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, survei, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kesiswaan, guru mata pelajaran, guru Bimbingan Konseling, serta siswa kelas VIII yang terlibat langsung dalam penerapan sistem kredit poin. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP N 3 Luhak Nan Duo Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Kredit Point dilaksanakan secara terstruktur melalui berbagai kegiatan rutin, seperti operasi jaga gerbang, razia kelas, dan pemeriksaan kelengkapan seragam serta kehadiran siswa, sehingga mampu meningkatkan pengawasan dan kepatuhan siswa terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Kredit Point berperan penting dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah agar sekolah mempertahankan konsistensi penerapan sistem serta meningkatkan peran pembinaan melalui layanan Bimbingan Konseling.References
