Analisis Penerapan Metode STIFIN Pada Pembelajaran Seni Musik: Implikasi Terhadap Kecerdasan Interpersonal dan Intrapersonal Mahasiswa di Lingkungan PGSD FIP UNIMED

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode STIFIn dalam pembelajaran seni musik serta implikasinya terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal dan intrapersonal mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai proses dan makna pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lingkungan PGSD FIP UNIMED dengan subjek penelitian satu dosen pengampu mata kuliah seni musik dan delapan mahasiswa PGSD yang mewakili berbagai tipe mesin kecerdasan STIFIn. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, yang didukung triangulasi dan member checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode STIFIn mampu mengakomodasi perbedaan karakter belajar mahasiswa dan berkontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kecerdasan interpersonal dan intrapersonal. Disimpulkan bahwa metode STIFIn relevan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran seni musik, dengan rekomendasi agar dosen mengintegrasikannya secara konsisten dan penelitian selanjutnya mengkaji dampaknya lebih luas.References
