Analisis Perencanaan Strategis dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan strategis, strategi peningkatan mutu, dan implementasi manajemen pendidikan sebagai upaya penguatan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur dengan metode kualitatif yang memanfaatkan berbagai sumber ilmiah, seperti buku, artikel, dan jurnal terakreditasi sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dengan menelaah, memilih, dan mengelompokkan literatur berdasarkan kriteria relevansi terhadap topik penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan untuk memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif tentang pola dan temuan yang muncul dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis yang terstruktur menjadi fondasi dalam mengarahkan tujuan dan pengembangan sekolah. Strategi peningkatan mutu mencakup penguatan kepemimpinan sekolah, manajemen kurikulum yang efektif, peningkatan profesionalisme guru, pemenuhan sarana prasarana, serta kolaborasi dengan masyarakat. Implementasi manajemen pendidikan yang dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, uji coba, dan diseminasi terbukti mendukung keberlanjutan program dan peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan peningkatan mutu pendidikan sangat bergantung pada integrasi yang kuat antara perencanaan, strategi, dan implementasi yang dijalankan secara kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan.
