Pengembangan E-Book Berbasis STEM dengan Model Inquiry Learning untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Sains dan Self-Regulated Learning Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

Pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar masih menghadapi kendala dalam meningkatkan literasi sains dan self-regulated learning siswa, khususnya pada materi fotosintesis. Rendahnya kedua kemampuan tersebut berkaitan dengan belum optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran serta penggunaan bahan ajar yang kurang interaktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-book berbasis STEM dengan model inquiry learning untuk meningkatkan literasi sains dan self-regulated learning siswa kelas IV. Pendekatan yang digunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan mix methods dan mengacu tahap pengembangan model ASSURE serta desain one group pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor kevalidan ahli materi 95%, ahli media 93%, dan ahli bahasa 91% dimana ketiganya dikategorikan sangat valid. Sementara itu, skor kelayakan dari guru kelas mendapat 94% dengan kategori sangat layak. Kemampuan literasi sains dan self-regulated learning meningkat, dimana hasil Paired Sample T-Test memperoleh nilai sig. 0,000 pada kedua variabel. Uji MANOVA menunjukkan nilai sig. variabel literasi sains sebesar 0,019 dan self-regulated learning sebesar 0,000. Kedua variabel memiliki nilai sig. yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05.
