Potensi Platform Google Sites dalam Meningkatkan Keterlibatan Siswa (Student Engagement) pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah dasar kerap didominasi metode ceramah konvensional yang memicu kejenuhan dan menurunkan keterlibatan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi platform Google Sites dalam meningkatkan Student Engagement pada pembelajaran PAI di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain kajian literatur (literature review). Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 24 dokumen literatur rujukan utama (18 artikel jurnal bereputasi dan 6 buku teks) yang terdaftar dan disaring secara sistematis. Alur penelitian meliputi identifikasi topik, penentuan kriteria dan penelusuran literatur, seleksi dan penyaringan dokumen, analisis isi, serta perumusan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi menggunakan lembar ekstraksi data, sedangkan teknik analisis data menerapkan content analysis kualitatif yang mencakup reduksi, kategorisasi, dan sintesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Google Sites mampu mengoptimalkan behavioral engagement (partisipasi aktif via kuis/tugas), emotional engagement (antusiasme via multimedia interaktif), dan cognitive engagement (pemahaman konsep PAI abstrak secara mandiri). Kesimpulannya, Google Sites merupakan media pembelajaran digital yang efektif mentransformasi kelas PAI menjadi interaktif dan berpusat pada siswa.
