Implikasi Model Project Based Learning Bermedia Educaplay terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Eksposisi di Fase E

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan model project based learning (PjBL) bermedia educaplay, serta untuk mengetahui implikasi model tersebut terhadap keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi siswa fase E kelas X SMA Negeri 21 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes menulis teks eksposisi yang diberikan sebelum perlakuan (pretest) dan sesudah perlakuan (posttest). Data dianalisis dengan menghitung nilai rata-rata, standar deviasi, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menulis teks eksposisi siswa sebelum diterapkan model project based learning bermedia educaplay memperoleh nilai rata-rata dalam kategori cukup. Setelah diterapkan model tersebut, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat ke kategori baik. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel pada taraf signifikan 0,05, sehingga hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Disimpulkan bahwa model project based learning bermedia educaplay berimplikasi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi siswa fase E kelas X SMA Negeri 21 Medan.
