Integrasi Google Form dan Google Sheet untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Penilaian Guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama

Rekapitulasi nilai secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel kerap menyita waktu 60–90 menit per kelas serta berisiko tinggi memicu kesalahan pengolahan data (human error). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif tingkat efisiensi penilaian guru melalui pemanfaatan rekap data digital terintegrasi berbasis Google Form dan Google Sheets. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain survei deskriptif diterapkan kepada 15 orang guru di SMP Negeri 4 Kendari pada tahun 2026. Alur penelitian mencakup sosialisasi template terintegrasi berformula otomatis, pendampingan uji coba sistem penilaian, hingga tahap evaluasi akhir. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen angket (10 butir valid, koefisien Cronbach's Alpha = 0,890) serta dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif melalui kalkulasi skor rata-rata dan persentase efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata perolehan sebesar 4,2 dengan persentase efisiensi rata-rata 83% (kategori sangat efisien). Sebaran persentase efisiensi individual bergerak pada rentang 76%–94% (skor 3,8–4,7), di mana 66,67% responden tergolong sangat efisien dan 33,33% tergolong efisien. Disimpulkan bahwa pengintegrasian template otomatis berhasil memangkas alur kerja manual, menekan risiko kesalahan perhitungan, serta meningkatkan kerapian laporan dan kepuasan guru. Sekolah direkomendasikan untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan Google Workspace secara berkala guna mendukung keberlanjutan digitalisasi administrasi penilaian.
