Dinamika Lingkungan Keluarga dan Teman Sebaya dalam Perilaku Merokok Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar: Studi Kasus Kualitatif

Tinggi prevalensi perokok nasional pada laki-laki dewasa (73%) serta anak usia 10–18 tahun (7,4%) mengancam tumbuh kembang anak sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara mendalam dinamika faktor lingkungan keluarga dan teman sebaya yang memengaruhi perilaku merokok anak. Menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan lima informan kunci yang terdiri dari dua siswa perokok kelas V dan VI, satu teman sebaya, satu guru kelas, serta satu guru PJOK di SD Negeri 1 Sikapat, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 22–24 Juli 2026 melalui alur studi pendahuluan, perizinan etik, pengumpulan data intensif, triangulasi, dan analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku merokok diptriggered rasa ingin tahu internal yang tereskalasi oleh paparan harian kebiasaan merokok keluarga di rumah serta ajakan kelompok teman sebaya saat bermain. Disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga dan teman sebaya menjadi faktor penguat utama inisiasi merokok. Direkomendasikan skema pencegahan terpadu melalui edukasi kognitif sekolah, pengawasan proaktif orang tua, penerapan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR), dan penyuluhan berkala dari puskesmas.
