PERLINDUNGAN HAM DALAM PENCEGAHAN DAN PEMULIHAN KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA TERORISME

Abstract

The Bill of Criminal Act of Terrorism has seriously been studied and discussed by Indonesian parliament (DPR). The Bill is really acknowledged as an amendment of Law No. 15 of 2003 concerning Eradication of Criminal Act of Terrorism. This amendment is deliberately aimed to fully protect human rights for everyone regardless both for suspected terrorists and for their families. This article focuses on the remarkable efforts should be able to prevent terrorism, indeed in one of the most program that believed as the best solution for preventing terrorism, namely deradicalization. However, deradicalization should effectively be directed to all persons are definitely as terrorist/s named by the court.
