EVALUASI KEBUGARAN JASMANI CALON GURU PAUD: STUDI KASUS TES LARI 12 MENIT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kebugaran jasmani mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PG-PAUD) melalui tes lari 12 menit, serta menganalisis sebaran hasil berdasarkan kategori standar kebugaran jasmani nasional. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 mahasiswa perempuan semester 2 yang mengikuti tes lari 12 menit dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kebugaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik” (76,67%), sementara sisanya termasuk dalam kategori “Baik” (6,67%), “Cukup” (13,33%), dan “Sangat Kurang” (3,33%). Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya keragaman kondisi kebugaran jasmani di kalangan calon guru PAUD. Kondisi ini memiliki implikasi terhadap kesiapan profesional mahasiswa dalam mengelola aktivitas pembelajaran berbasis gerak. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi dan pembinaan kebugaran jasmani perlu diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam kurikulum PG-PAUD untuk mendukung kompetensi fisik dan keteladanan gaya hidup sehat yang diperlukan dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini.References
