Adaptasi Manajemen Pembelajaran Olahraga Terhadap Karakteristik Peserta Didik Era Society 5.0 di Program Studi PJKR Universitas Musamus

Perkembangan era Society 5.0 membawa perubahan terhadap karakteristik peserta didik, terutama dalam pola belajar, penggunaan teknologi, serta interaksi dalam proses pembelajaran. Kondisi tersebut menuntut adanya penyesuaian manajemen pembelajaran, termasuk pada pembelajaran olahraga di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk adaptasi manajemen pembelajaran olahraga terhadap karakteristik peserta didik era Society 5.0 di Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Universitas Musamus. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri atas dosen dan mahasiswa PJKR yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi manajemen pembelajaran dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan media digital, penerapan pembelajaran kolaboratif, penguatan komunikasi pembelajaran, serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan partisipatif. Karakteristik peserta didik yang cenderung visual, interaktif, dan dekat dengan teknologi mendorong dosen melakukan inovasi dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran olahraga agar proses pembelajaran tetap efektif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa adaptasi manajemen pembelajaran menjadi bagian penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran olahraga di perguruan tinggi.
