PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU MELALUI PELATIHAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL: STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN MUARA GEMBONG

Abstract


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pelatihan media pendukung pembelajaran digital terhadap kompetensi pendidik di Kecamatan Muara Gembong, Kabupaten Bekasi. Pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan integrasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam pendidikan guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, menarik, dan efektif, terutama di daerah dengan keterbatasan akses dan sumber daya seperti Muara Gembong.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest.  Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, serta  survei kepuasan untuk  mengevaluasi  persepsi peserta terhadap  pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan guru  menggunakan media digital  dalam  perencanaan  dan  pelaksanaan  pembelajaran.  Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan,  pendampingan  intensif, dan pengembangan sumber daya yang relevan  untuk mendukung  penggunaan teknologi  yang berkelanjutan dan  berdampak  pada  kualitas  pendidikan.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of digital learning media training on the competence of educators in Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency. The training is driven by the need to integrate information and communication technology (ICT) into education to create more interactive, engaging, and effective learning, especially in areas with limited access and resources like Muara Gembong. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure the improvement in participants' understanding and skills, as well as satisfaction surveys to evaluate participants' perceptions of the training. The results show a significant improvement in teachers' ability to use digital media in planning and delivering lessons. This study recommends continuous training, intensive mentoring, and the development of relevant resources to support the sustainable use of technology and its positive impact on education quality.
