The Journal of Cultural Education does not charge authors any fees at any stage of the publication process. There are no fees for manuscript submission, article processing, or page publication.

 

All published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide. This open access policy allows individuals and institutions to read, download, and distribute content without financial barriers.
