Abstract

The triadic interaction between teachers, students, and parents plays an important rolein supporting the effectiveness of mathematics learning in elementary schools. This study aims to describe and analyze the dynamics of this interaction from the perspective of teachers at Tegal Sari Laut Dendang Private Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the main subjects being fourth-grade teachers who are directly involved in the mathematics learning process. Data collection methods included in-depth interviews and classroom observations. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The study revealed that despite teachers' best efforts in delivering thematerial, they encountered structural and social challenges such as insufficient learning media,varying student abilities, and differing evaluation perspectives with parents. Harmonious cooperation between teachers, students, and parents is key to addressing these challenges. There search recommendations include the importance of teacher education in the use of learning media, the development of differentiation strategies, and the improvement of communication and collaboration with parents. These findings contribute significantly to the development of moreinclusive, participatory, and collaborative learning strategies in elementary schools, especially inmathematics lessons.
