PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MENERAPKAN TEKNIK MODELLING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA SISWA MELALUI TEKNIK SUPERVISI AKADEMIK
Abstract
This type of research is a school action research. The purpose of this school action research is to find out whether through academic supervision techniques can improve the ability of teachers to apply modeling techniques to improve Indonesian learning outcomes in SD Negeri 091498 Pematang Tanah Jawa. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 (two) meetings with 2x35 minutes study time. Each research cycle consisted of 4 stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 514 elementary school SDN Pematang Tanah Jawa teachers. The instruments used consisted of, observation sheets of student activities, observation sheets of the teacher's ability to manage classes and photo documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the analysis showed an increase in learning outcomes is indicated by the average value of observations of student activity in pre-cycle of 66.4%. Then in the first cycle of 74.0% and in the second cycle of 90.4%.
