PENGELOLAAN METODE TUTOR SEBAYA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MICROSOFT EXCEL DI KELAS VIII-D SMP NEGERI 1 BATANGKUIS
Abstract
Abstract: Management Methods Peer Tutor to Improve Student Motivation In Learning Microsoft Excel In Class VIII-D SMP Negeri 1 Batangkuis. This study aims to identify strategies for improving student motivation in ICT lessons using peer tutors. This research is a collaboration between researchers, teachers and classes engage student participation. The research was conducted in two cycles each of 4 meetings. The results showed an increase in student motivation, the preliminary observations of students who are highly motivated just as much as 13.95% with the average achievement of 42.83% of the indicators of motivation to learn, increase became 22.73% with the average achievement of 44.21% at mid-cycle 1 and be 50.00% with a mean achievement 68.04 % by the end of cycle 1. at mid-cycle 2 students who are highly motivated rose to 77. 27% with the average achievement of 73.65%, and at the end of cycle 2 reached 88.64% with a mean of 76.56% achievement of indicators of students' motivation.

Abstrak : Pengelolaan Metode Tutor Sebaya Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Microsoft Excel Di Kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 1 Batangkuis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pelajaran TIK dengan menggunakan metode tutor sebaya. Penelitian ini merupakan kolaborasi antara peneliti, guru kelas dan melibatkan partisipasi siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus masing-masing 4 kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa, pada observasi awal siswa yang bermotivasi tinggi hanya sebanyak 13.95% dengan rerata capaian 42.83% dari indikator motivasi belajar, meningkatan menjadi 22.73% dengan rerata capaian 44.21% pada pertengahan siklus 1 dan menjadi 50.00% dengan rerata capaian 68.04% pada akhir siklus 1. Pada pertengahan siklus 2 siswa yang bermotivasi tinggi naik mencapai 77. 27% dengan rerata capaian 73.65%, dan di akhir siklus 2 mencapai 88.64% dengan rerata capaian 76.56% dari indikator motivasi belajar siswa.
