Perancangan Booklet Lichenes Sebagai Sumber Belajar Siswa Kelas X IPA SMA Swasta Gbkp Kabanjahe

Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to design booklets and test the feasibility based on the assessment of material experts, media experts, learning experts, teacher responses and student responses to lichens material and the effectiveness of lichens booklets in GBKP Kabanjahe private high school. This type of research is development research with the development model according to Thiagarajan, namely 4D (define, design, development, and disseminate). The research samples were material experts, media experts and learning experts each 1 person, biology teacher and class X IPA 1 SMA GBKP Kabanjahe Private. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, distribution of instruments in the form of validation sheets and response sheets. The results showed that booklet design obtained a feasibility assessment of material experts with a percentage of 90.53%, media experts with a percentage of 88.42%, learning experts with a percentage of 97.33%, and biology teachers 94.67%. Percentage of student responses to booklets individually 90%, in small groups 93% and large groups 97% with the appropriate category and the effectiveness of the booklet obtained an N-gain of 0.68 with moderate criteria. The lichens booklet that has been designed is included in the very feasible category with a feasibility percentage of above 85%, so that the booklet can be used as a learning resource at the GBKP Kabanjahe Private High School and the test results show that the booklet is effectively used in the learning process.
