AUTHOR GUIDELINES

MANUSCRIPT WRITING GUIDELINES
EINSTEIN (e-Journal)
Articles are the results of research or conceptual studies in the fields of physics and applied physics.

  1. Articles can be written in English.
  2. Write the article using Microsoft Word word processor.
  3. The text is typed in a print area with margins of 2 cm top, 2 cm bottom, inside 3 cm, and outside 2 cm with mirror margins.
  4. A4 paper size, 21 cm wide, 29.7 cm high.
  5. Articles should be submitted via email or online submission.

Article Writing Systematics
Title

  1. The title is written in English
  2. The title of the article is informative. Not too long or short (5 - 12 words).
  3. Contains the variables studied and describes the content of the manuscript.
  4. The author's name (without title) is written below, along with the name and address of the institution and email address.
  5. Does not contain mathematical formulas or non-standardised words.

Abstract and Keywords

  1. Written concisely and concisely about the most important ideas. Contains the problem and/or research objectives, research procedures.
  2. Written in English, consisting of 125-150 words.
  3. Keywords contain key words, consisting of 3-5 words.

Introduction
Contains

  1. Background or rationale for the research.
  2. Theoretical basis (literature review).
  3. Formulation of research objectives.
  4. Maximum 2.5 pages.

Research Methods
Contains

  1. Research design.
  2. Data collection techniques.
  3. Data source.
  4. Data analysis method.
  5. Avoid writing too many statistical formulas.
  6. Maximum 2.5 pages.

Results and Discussion
Results are the main part of the scientific article, containing:

  1. Results of data analysis.
  2. Results of hypothesis testing.
  3. Can be presented with tables or graphs, to clarify the results verbally.

Discussion is the most important part of the entire content of scientific articles. The purpose of the discussion is:

  1. Answer the research problem.
  2. Interpret the findings.
  3. Integrate the findings of the research into the existing body of knowledge - Develop new theories or modify existing theories.
  4. Minimum 8 pages.

Conclusions and Suggestions ,

  1. The conclusion answers the research question.
  2. Suggestions refer to the results of the research and are in the form of practical actions, stating for whom and what the suggestions are intended.
  3. Written in essay form, not in numerical form.
  4. Maximum 1 page.

Bibliography

  1. Written in full, according to the references in the description.
  2. Only contains sources referred to in the description.
  3. At least 80% of references are in the form of literature published in the last 10 years.
  4. At least 80% of references are journals (75% from reputable international journals).

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
