PEER REVIEW PROCESS

EINSTEIN (e-Journal) employs a Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure impartial and objective evaluation of submitted manuscripts. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant field, and all reviews are expected to be constructive, timely, and confidential. Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and should not use any information from the manuscripts for personal advantage prior to publication. The confidentiality of submitted manuscripts will be maintained throughout the review process, and reviewers must not discuss or share the content with anyone outside the peer review process.

Peer Review Process

  1. Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal’s submission system. The manuscript is checked for completeness and adherence to submission guidelines.

  2. Initial Assessment: The Editor-in-Chief evaluates the manuscript to ensure it fits within the journal’s scope and meets basic quality standards. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria are desk-rejected at this stage.

  3. Reviewer Assignment: If the manuscript passes the initial screening, the Editor-in-Chief assigns it to two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.

  4. Review Process: The reviewers evaluate the manuscript for its originality, methodology, significance, and clarity. They provide constructive feedback and recommend one of the following actions:

    • Accept without revisions
    • Minor revisions
    • Major revisions
    • Reject

  5. Revision (if necessary): If revisions are requested, the authors can revise their manuscript based on the reviewers’ feedback. The revised manuscript is then resubmitted for further evaluation.

  6. Final Decision: Once all reviews and revisions are complete, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations. The decision could be:

    • Accept for publication
    • Request additional revisions
    • Reject

  7. Publication: Accepted manuscripts are prepared for publication and scheduled for the next available issue.

The timeline for the peer-review process varies, but EINSTEIN (e-Journal) aims to complete the review within 8-14 weeks of submission. Communication between authors, reviewers, and the editorial team is transparent, and authors are kept informed throughout the process.
