PENGARUH GAYA BELAJAR SISWA DAN PENGGUNAAN INTERNET TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI KELAS XI MIS SMA NEGERI 13 MEDAN T.P 2017/2018

Abstract

Problems in this study is the low achievement of students of class XI MIS SMA Negeri 13 Medan T.P2017 / 2018. This study aims to find out how the positive and significant influence between learning styles and internet usage on the students achievement of students economic achievement of class XI MIS SMA Negeri 13 Medan T.P 2017/2018. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 13 Medan having address at Jalan Jalan Karya Bersama, Titi Kuning, Medan Johor, Medan City, North Sumatera 20147. This research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all students of class XI MIS SMA Negeri 13 Medan T.P 2017/2018. The subjects of this study were 149 students of class XI MIS SMA Negeri 13 Medan. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. Based on result of t test analysis for learning style variable (X_1) obtained t_count > t_table (6,402> 1,659) with significant 0.000 with alpha 0,05%. This shows the style of learning has a positive and significant influence on learning achievement. Untu internet usage variable (X_2) is obtained t_count > t_table (5,023> 1,659) with significant 0.000 and alpha 5%. This means that internet usage has a positive and significant influence on learning achievement. Further untu test F obtained value F_count > F_table (99.496> 3.08) with alpha 5%. It can be concluded that the learning style (X1) and internet usage (X2) variables have a positive and significant influence on student achievement (Y), and the results can be summarized in the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant influence between the learning style and the use internet on student achievement of economic subjects class XI MIS SMA Negeri 13 Medan TP 2017/2018 accepted.
