PENGARUH PENDAMPINGAN LAYANAN SPIRITUAL DO’A DAN TAWAKKAL TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN PASIEN PRE OPERASI CLOSED FRACTURE DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM SUNDARI

Spiritual nursing is an intervention to reduce the anxiety of preoperative closed fracture patients, because praying and tawakkal will lead to self-confidence, optimism, calmness, peace, and feeling the presence of God so that the level of anxiety decreases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual assistance on the anxiety level of preoperative closed fracture patients. This study used a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design with two group design, consecutive sampling technique with 32 respondents consisting of treatment and control groups. The results showed a significant decrease in anxiety levels with a value of = 0.001. Interventions carried out by nurses in assisting spiritual services can reduce anxiety levels.

ABSTRAK
Keperawatan spiritual merupakan intervensi untuk menurunkan kecemasan pasien pre operasi closed fracture, karena berdoa dan tawakkal akan menimbulkan rasa percaya diri, optimisme, ketenangan, damai, dan merasakan kehadiran Allah sehingga tingkat kecemasan menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan spiritual terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi closed fracture. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with two group design, teknik consecutive sampling dengan jumlah responden 32 orang terdiri dari kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi penurunan tingkat kecemasan yang signifikan dengan nilai ρ=0,001. Intervensi yang dilakukan perawat dalam pendampingan layanan spiritual dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan.
