In 2025 the journal comes out every two months:   Vol. 23 No. 1 – January 30; Vol. 23 No. 1 – March 30; Vol. 23 No. 1 – May 30; Vol. 23 No. 2 – July 30; Vol. 23 No. 2 – September 30; Vol. 23 No. 2 – November 30.   Manuscripts are submitted online.   The publication fee will be updated on May 1, 2025.
