PERBEDAAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIK SISWA DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF THINK-PAIR-SHARE DAN STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think-Pair-Share lebih tinggi dari yang diajar menggunakan Student Teams Achievement Division. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian œPosttest Only Control Group Design dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 71 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Liliefors, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think-Pair-Share lebih tinggi dari yang diajar menggunakan Student Teams Achievement Division Kata kunci: pembelajaran kooperatif, Think-Pair-Share, Student Teams Achievement Division kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik Abstract The aim of this research is to investigate whether the mathematical problem solving abilities of students taught using cooperative learning Think-Pair-Share model are higher than taught using Student Teams Achievement Division. This experimental research used œPosttest Only Control Group Design involving 71 students. The instrument used in this research was mathematical problem solving ability test. The data obtained were analyzed by a Liliefors test, F-test, and t-test.
