ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN LITERASI SAINS SISWA KELAS V PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA MATERI KALOR DAN PERPINDAHANNYA SD NEGERI 064037 MEDAN TEMBUNG

Abstract


This research aims to analyze the scientific literacy abilities of class V students in science learning on heat material and its transfer at SD Negeri 064037 Medan Tembung. The type of research carried out was descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that the average scientific literacy ability of students in classes Va and Vb at SD Negeri 064037 Medan Tembung is still classified as "fairly good" with the average percentage obtained at the observation stage at a percentage of 54% and at the test stage at 57%. The population in this study were all fifth grade students at SD Negeri 064037 Medan Tembung, totaling 47 students. Data collection techniques use observation, testing and documentation techniques. Data on students' scientific literacy abilities was obtained from test results in the form of scientific literacy ability test sheets. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.
