PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VOCABULARY CARD MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MAKE A MATCH PADA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS DI KELAS V

Abstract


This research aims to produce a learning media product in the form of vocabulary cards for class V students at SDN 106812 Bandar Klippa. The problem in this research is that students have difficulty understanding English vocabulary because there is no learning media that teachers can use to help the learning process. This research uses the ADDIE development model which has five stages including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The subjects in this research were 19 students in class V-A at SDN 106812 Bandar Klippa. Data was collected through observation, interviews, validation and tests. Data obtained from the assessment of media expert validators and material experts for media suitability obtained a percentage score of 90% and 93% with the qualification "very feasible". Data obtained from educational practitioners for media practicality obtained 93.84% with the qualification "very practical". Data obtained from the results of comparing students' pre-test and post-test scores for media effectiveness has increased from 36 to 80. The conclusion of this development research is based on the data that has been collected that the Vocabulary Card learning media uses the Make a match learning model in class V SDN 106812 Bandar Klippa is feasible, practical and effective for the learning process.
