Paper or article which will be submitted must comply with the following restrictions:
- The manuscript has never been published / published in other media.
- Manuscripts published in this journal include writings on: policy, research, thoughts, review concepts / theories, reviews of new books and other information relating to issues in the information technology field.
- Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal website. The author must log in to submit the manuscript. For guidance on submitting a manuscript, see the online submission menu. Online registration is free.
- The length of the manuscript is between 6 to 10 A4 pages (210 x 297 mm) in the format of the manuscript according to the template provided, including images, tables, not containing an appendix. The manuscript is written by using Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx) with an upper limit of 19 mm, left and right 14.32 mm, and 43 mm for the lower limit.
- Title and Keywords are written in Indonesian language, while the Essence and Abstract, must be written in Indonesian language and English.
- The maximum number of words in the title is 120 words with the following provisions: Times New Roman (TNR) type font with a font size of 14pt, single spacing, centered alignment, bold text format. If the title is too long, the editor has the right to edit the title without changing the meaning of the title and the author's approval, when the manuscript will go to press in printing.
- Writing the title of the article is recommended to use Indonesian in accordance with Ejaan Yang Disempurnakan(EYD). If there are words in English, it is written in italic format.
- The author's name uses font type of Times New Roman and font size of 11pt. If there are more than one author, it must be separated by commas and written number1if the first author and number2 if the second author, etc.
- Enclosing the institution's origin, address, postal code and author's email and they are written in TNR 11 in italic format.
- Articles begun with Abstract and Essence. Abstract and Essence may not contain pictures or tables, justify alignment, font type of Bookman Old Style and font size of 9pt, bold formatted, and single spacing. Abstract is written in English and Essence is written in Indonesian. Abstract and Essence may not be more than 250 words. Abstract and Essence must describe the essence of the contents of the entire article.
- Keywords contain four to eight words, separated by comma,justify alignment, font type of TNR and font size of 9pt, and single spacing. Keywords are chosen carefully, so they can reflect the concepts contained in the article and help in increasing the accessibility of the article.
- The body of the manuscript must follow the following rules:
- Being written in two-column format with a space of 4.22mm (0.17 ") between columns, justify alignment, TNR and 10pt, space 1. The margin is set as follows: top = 19mm (0.75"); bottom = 43mm (1.69 "); left = right = 14.32mm (0.56").
- Systematics writing of articles must contain four main parts: (1) Introduction, (2) Main Content (Methodology and others), (3) Results and Discussion, and (4) Conclusions. Acknowledgments may be displayed after the Conclusion. References are placed at the very back. The chapter titles which must be present are the Introduction and Conclusions. The title of the Main Content chapter explains the research method, but not necessarily the title of the Method or Methodology. Results and Discussion may be written in one chapter, or written in a separate chapter.
- Maximum heading is made in 3 levels:
- Heading 1: Heading level 1 must be in small caps, situated in the middle and use Roman numerals in capital letters. Heading levels 1 which may not use numbering are "Acknowledgments" and "References". For example, "I. INTRODUCTION".
- Heading 2: Heading level 2 must be in italic format, snuggling to the left and numbered by using capital letters. For example, "C. Heading Section".
- Heading 3: Heading level 3 must be spaced, italic, and numbered with Arabic numerals followed by right parentheses. Heading level 3 must end with a colon. The contents of the level 3 section follow the heading titles in the same paragraph. For example, this section begins with heading level 3.
- Figures and tables must be centered. Large figures and tables can be stretched in both columns. Every table or figure which covers more than 1 column width must be positioned at the top / bottom of the page. Figures are allowed in color. Figures are numbered using Arabic numerals. The caption of the figure is in font type of TNR and font size is 8. The caption of the figure in one line is centered, while the multi-lines are justify alignment. Captions are placed after the figures are related.
- Math Equation must be written clearly, numbered sequentially, and equipped with the required information.
- Page numbers, headers and footers are not used. All hypertext links and bookmark sections will be deleted. If the paper needs to refer to the email address or URL in the article, the address or full URL must be typed in a normal font.
- Quotations and References are written according to the APA Style standard
- Wikipedia, personal blogs, and non-scientific websites are not allowed.
- The main reference must be taken no later than 5 years.
