PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMK WIRA KESUMA JAYA

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of skills and work discipline on representative job performance. The goal is to understand how skills contribute to worker performance and how work discipline influences representative performance. The population in this study consists of the entire workforce at SMK Wira Kesuma Jaya, and all members of the population are sampled as respondents. Data were collected through a poll method. The analytical method applied is quantitative analysis using Differential Straight Relapse Investigation. The findings from the analysis indicate that skills and work discipline simultaneously influence temporary representation. Skills have a greater or lesser impact on workers who do not remain for a long time. Work discipline also has a greater or lesser impact on the performance of SMK Wira Kesuma Jaya representatives.
