Abstract

Fenomena fitspiration di media sosial menampilkan gaya hidup sehat diyakini mampu memengaruhi dorongan generasi muda untuk berolahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menguji pengaruh paparan konten fitspiration di media sosial berdampak pada motivasi berolahraga pada Generasi Z, dengan mempertimbangkan jenis kelamin sebagai moderasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimenuntuk menguji pengaruh paparan fitspiration di media sosial terhadap motivasi berolahragapada Generasi Zdengan jenis kelamin sebagai variabel moderasi. Skala fitspiration dikembangkan berdasarkan kajian teoritis dan validasi ahli, sementara itu motivasi berolahraga diukur menggunakani Exercise Motivation Inventory-2(EMI-2) yang telah diadaptasi dan modifikasi. Sebanyak 131 responden berpartisipasi melalui survei daring berupa Google form menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier, uji t-independen, serta uji moderasi melalui program JASP 0.95.14.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa paparan fitspiration berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi berolahraga (p < 0,001; r = 0,480). Terdapat perbedaan motivasi berdasarkan jenis kelamin, namun tidak memoderasi pengaruh tersebut. Temuan ini mendindikasikan bahwa pengaruh konten fitspiration di media sosial terhadap motivasi berolahraga bersifat relatifkonsisten lintas gender. Karena itu, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya konten kebugaran yang positif dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi berolahraga pada Generasi Z secara berkelanjutan.
