Delays in Review Process

Dear Author(s) and Reviewer(s)We inform all authors that our OJS (Open Journal Systems) system has experienced a malware attack in the middle  of Nopember to December, 13rd  2025. The impact of this incident has resulted in the loss of all account  (JM, Editors, Reviewers and Authors)  through the system. However, the journal management team has slowly succeeded in restoring the accounts that were backed up in October 2025. The review and publication process will gradually restart on December 14th, 2025. This will result in Volume 12, No. 2, being published in the last week of December 2025.RespectfullyJournal Management Team
