PENGARUH EFEKTIFITAS KEPEMIMPINAN DIREKTUR RUMAH SAKIT TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN DI RSUD MAGETAN
Abstract
The objective of this research are to know leadership effectively level Director of Magetan Hospital District, to know discipline work level in employee and to know signification between leadership effectively variable (independent) and discipline work variable (dependent).
Research method used in this research are statistic descriptive method and quantitative analysis using simple regression analysis to find signification influence between leadership effectively Hospital's Director toward discipline work. The population in this research are all of employee Magetan Hospital District, taking sample in this research using random sampling proportional, that is getting 25% from total population.
The result of this research shows condition in hospital appear a good condition with leadership effectively system, which work in a good way. Thence, from regression result shows leadership effectively gives signification influence toward discipline work, with influence 51,8 %.
From research result and observation, there are something which can used in material, that are: suggested, hospital's director can increase and defense the capability and skill in leadership toward relationship among hospital's director with employee, which can communion or exchange the experience.
