Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai perlindungaan hukum Indonesia terhadap HaKI di era pasar bebas. Iklim persaingan usaha yang sehat dan didukung oleh perlindungan Hak atas Kekayaan Intelektual dalam dunia usaha akan dapat meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang ke depannya. Semakin banyak HaKI dalam negeri yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia maka akan sangat mendukung potensi peningkatan dunia usaha yang lebih baik dalam persaingannya di era pasar bebas. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penelitian ini, maka penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis, yang mana penulisan hukum ini merupakan atau menggambarkan mengeni perlindungan hukum terhadap hak atas kekayaan intelektual di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, sehingga data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang diperoleh melalui bahan kepustakaan yang erat hubungannya dengan bahan-bahan hukum primer dan dapat membantu menganalisis dan memahami bahan hukum primer. Semua data yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini bersifat sekunder akan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif merupakan analisis data yang menggunakan penjelasan berupa kumpulan kata / uraian dengan prosedur teoritis serta perkiraan yang logis. Kata Kunci : Perlindungan Hukum, HaKI, Pasar Bebas
