PENEMPATAN KARYAWAN DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. JAMSOSTEK MEDAN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penmpatan karyawan terhadp motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Jamsostek Medan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden dan menggunakan total Sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data telah dilakukan melalui Studi Kepustakaan, Observasi, Wawancara, dan Penyebaran Angket. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang telah digunakan adalah Teknik Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka hipotesis diterima.
