PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA (DINAS PEHUBUNGAN KOTA MAKASSAR TAHUN 2019-2020)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis PengaruhKompensasi Terhadap KinerjaPegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Perhubungan Di Kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, Populasinya adalah 100 kuesioner, sedangkan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 67 kuesioner, Hasil data tersebut telah diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas dan heterodaksitas, metode analisis dan data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama yaitu kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Hipotesis kedua yaitu kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hipotesis ketiga yaitu kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja. Hipotesis keempat kompensasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makasassar. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis tersebut di terima.Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Kinerja, Kepuasan KerjaDownloads
