ANALISIS TEKNIK UMPAN BALIK (FEEDBACK) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI BISNIS KELAS X AKL-2 SMK NEGERI 1 IDANOGAWO

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Idanogawo, khususnya kelas X AKL-2,  menunjukkan bahwa selama proses pembelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis siswa kurang terlibat atau kurang aktif, jarang memberikan tanggapan, tidak mendengarkan saat guru menjelaskan materi, bahkan siswa terlihat melamun. Kondisi ini tentu saja akan berdampak negatif yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik umpan balik (feedback) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Idanogawo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, secara spesifik disimpulkan bahwa teknik umpan balik (Feedback) efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X AKL-2 dalam Ekonomi Bisnis, dengan nilai rata-rata mencapai KKM atau 7,00 ke atas. Teknik ini membantu siswa terhadap pemahaman materi dan mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam diskusi di kelas. Selain itu teknik ini sangat membantu siswa kelas X AKL-2 dalam memahami materi Ekonomi Bisnis dan memperbaiki kesalahan.   Keywords: Teknik Umpan Balik (Feedback), Hasil Belajar Siswa
