PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP STRES KERJA DAN INTENTION TO LEAVE (Studi pada Karyawan Tetap Bank Jatim Cabang Malang)

Turnover rate pada karyawan yang bekerja pada sektor perbankan menyentuh angka dua kali lipat lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan sektor lainnya. Tingginya beban kerja yang harus mereka tanggung menyebabkan karyawan perbankan rentan mengalami stres kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh beban kerja dan perceived organizational support terhadap stres kerja dan intention to leave. Dalam penelitian ini, Job Demand Resources Theory dan Theory of Planned Behavior digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel diteliti. Terdapat lima hipotesis yang diuji pada penelitian ini. Sebanyak 62 karyawan tetap Bank Jatim menjadi sampel penelitian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan jika: 1) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, 2) perceived organizational support berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, 3) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to leave, 4) perceived organizational support berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intention to leave, dan 5) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to leave.
